With a widespread variety of port sizes, end connections, style, temperature and pressure tolerance FAV Needle Valve are precarious for instrumentation, fluid and process control system.

Rising stem& bar stock body design. Metal-to-Metal seating achieves buddle-tight shut-off, longer stem/seal life in abrasive flow, greater durability for repeated on/off cycles and excellent corrosion resistance

FAV Needle valves are designed for severe application in Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Petrochemical etc. industries. These can be used for controlling and straight isolation in process or flow control applications. These metal seated valves are machined from square bar stock and are available in sizes 1/8” to 2” in various connections. 10000 psi valves are rated up to 1” pipe size.

A wide array of configurations are available such as Female Needle Valves ,Male Needle Valves, Female to Male Needle Valves and Tube End Needle Valves We also manufacture customized Needle Valves in various styles , shapes and sizes.

End connection options include male / female NPT, Tube OD, and ISO threads from 1/8″ to 1″. Available in stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, and alloy 400. With pressure rating to 10,000 psi and temperatures up to 1,200°F, FAV needle valve meets your needs.

Available in 316 Stainless Steel, Monel, Duplex & other exotic material.

BSPP, BSPT, ISO, Socket & Butt Weld etc. connections available on request.

Temperature range 100°C to 230°C (400°C  Optional )

Needle Valves are designed for Pressure up to 20,000 psi

All valves are 100% factory tested with

Dust and thread caps are provided as standard.

Spindle is thread rolled and burnished for smooth operation and long life.
